How does our gender and/or sexuality reflect the image of God?

In Gen. 2:18-25 we see the marriage relationship intended by God is for man and woman to become one flesh. It is a perfect compliment formed in the image of God. God said, "It is not good for man to be alone". Because there was none God created a suitable help from Adam's rib.
The OT uses the term helper 19 times. 16 of those19 times, it is used as a reference for God. As such man and woman equally bear the image of God. Helper does not mean subservient.
Key Point also the Image of the Church and relationship as bride of Christ. Rev. 21:9
